BCPs are critical to succeeding any disruption to your business. There are a number of considerations  when creating the plans and systems that will ensure recovery as soon as possible. 

Plans and systems must be tested and documented. These will also help your business become familiar with the crisis options. Day to day, systems such as absence reporting can help ensure that a business runs smoothly.
